This picture shows the construction of a new conventions center in Rio de Janeiro, but this building could be placed in anywhere in the world. The construction method is reinforced concrete with cement brick on the walls and steel on the roof. Since most constructions in Brazil uses this structure methodology, we developed well trained workers over the years. Also, the material used got cheaper then those used in other technics. Brazil is a bug country and it produces a big part of the material used in constructions structure. But in the past year the amount of material bought by the building segment have increased. The type of material that we are largely buying are metal, ceramic, lamps and all sort of finishing materials. It has become more economic interesting to buy those materials from countries like China, then producing them in Brazil.
