This is a picture of Sapporo, Japan. From the picture you can tell that this is a crowded and congested intersection even though the time isnquite late. Also, although it may he hard to see through the photo, diverse nationality of people are in here. Furthermore, snow is piled up, meaning it is winter in the city. Finally, many signs are hanging out on a building. Through these data, two invisible data can be extracted. First, because people with wide variety of nationality and age are here, even though the weather is cold and the time is late, it can be inferred that this is a very popular tourist attraction. Secondly, from myriads of ads hanging out and cars moving throughbthe road, I could tell that this is a popular place not only for foreign visitors, but also the locals. This is because the signs are in Japanese, which foreigners cannot read, and foreign travellers usually use public transportation in Japan. Through these information, it could be said that this intersection is highly visited area for both locals and travellers, hence buildings with better capacity should be constructed so that more shops and people can be accommodated.
