1. Basel, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Münch, Luzern. These are some of the cities I consider livable according to my experience, although I only visited them for a short peroid of time they seem developed cities where basic needs in life can be achieves without having a specific economical background. 2. 1. SAFE ( LOW CRIMINALITY, ) 4. CULTURALY ACTIVE ( MUSEUMS, CONCERTS, RESTAURANTS, EVENTS, ) 5. WEATHER AND QUIETNESS I am from bogota adn although we have a very good access of the conditions i mentioned before (except security) i enjoy the culture, art and the life of the City. There is a big gap on how People enjoy and live bogota depending on economical Status. To get all These requirements you Need to pay and ist not granted by the state.
