The biggest problem here is mobility, the streets are exclusive to the car, and in a small town if you bet all the chips on public transport, so many other results will come together. Garbage is the second problem, the population has no conscience, is not educated and the government does not do environmental education work. Public spaces are disappearing gradually, the only area that is used at all hours of the day is the waterfront, since it is the only area that has the infrastructure for such.
