In Oslo there is flowing people into the city from rest of the country and from the whole world. People are coming in short term as tourists or long term for jobs. In the future there may be a decline in people coming into the city if the city's wealth decreases. The oil price may decline and there may be a shortage of jobs, making it less attractive for foreigners who is looking for jobs. Capital is flowing into the city from the rest of the country. Especially the oil industry in the north sea with a lot of owners and headquarters in Oslo. Capital is also flowing out to the rest of the country to prevent to subsidize rural communities. Capital is also flowing to other countries from foreigners working in the city. The future of the flow of capital is also depended on the oil price and the wealth of the city. Food is flowing into the city from rest of the country and from rest of the world. You can buy food from all over the world in the city.
