Five most liveable cities that I know : Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Barcelone, Lisbonne. Five characteristics that make a city liveable : good public transport; walkable city, cultural life, good medical facilities, public spaces. Status of Bangkok : the public transport is improving but still not enough; It is not a really pedestrians friendly city; the cultural life is active; There are very good medical care; There are very few public spaces. Bangkok should increase the walkability of the city, especially in connection with the public transport, and develop more publics spaces in reducing the space of cars.
