The three main Stocks and Flows for the Bangkok metropolitan area are the goods, the daily commuters and the construction materials. Bangkok is one of the major freight port in South East Asia and an important logistic center for the region. A large volume of goods are arriving everyday through Bangkok (Laem Chabang) Port, are remaining in the city and are exciting to other destinations. Logistic is an important business and a real issue for Bangkok. Another important stoks and flows are the inhabitants present in the city at the same time. Everyday a lot of commuters are entering in the city to go to work, then staying during the day, for exciting after work to back home outside the city (or the city center). It is also a big isssue for the city of Bangkok, because of the managing of the traffic. Thailand has now a high rate of economic growth, and the construction activity is very high. There are a lot of construction/demolition sites in bangkok. The stoks and flows of construction materials are also very fluctuant, entering and exciting, as buildings are staying.
