Firts of all, your course was really useful for my working life and provide to me lots of opportunites. In addition to this, i introduce myself who graduated from techinical university in İstanbul and had a master degree about real estate valuation and finance programme. Future cities distance learning programme are very creative and supporting new ideas. Five characteristics making for liveable cities;** Good infrastructure **Less Traffic **Horizontal Architecture **More Green Places **New Rules Good infrastructure; Infrastructure is everything for a city that provide quality life for citizens. A liveable city's infrastructure must include good sewage system, underground system, road planning and public transportation. Relevant city mayor must has enough bugdet for infrastructure. Less Traffic; Providing less traffic jam is so crucial factor for livable cities. Especially, city mayor and his staff has provided very big budget public transport system, underground system etc. in my city Horizontal Architecture; There are two crucial architecture types in real estate market. In addition to this, vertical and horizontal construction types play important role. Commerical and working places can be vertical construction but living place must be horizontal architecture for best living places.
