In Munich, there are several initiatives. I’d like to pick a city-supported one in cooperation with the Technical University Munich (“KO-Gestaltungs-Workshops”). Citizens are involved in various questions: Where can we build mobility stations? How should these boxes be designed to ensure delivery/shopping/and exchange services? How functions and services should smart light stands have and deliver? Should we offer free WiFi? Citizens are encourage to discuss such questions with experts from the city and industry partners. This process also involves not only discussion but design, testing, and redesign of concepts and measures. This shall give a sustainable impulse to positively impact the city.
