This picture shows a restaurant on the island of Ko Lanta in Thailand. The materials are as far as I can tell: wood, plastic and steel. I assume that the plastic and steel is imported from another Asian country or maybe produced in a bigger city in Thailand (but for sure not on the island) and the wood could be local.
