Question 1: My top liveability criteria would be: Economy, Housing, Culture, Safety, Environment. Question 2: I live in Singapore. Primarily because (i) I was born here (ii) Good education prospects (iii) Safe (iv) Job Opportunities (v) Culture Question 3: I would rate Singapore's liveability at 75. It is by all measures a liveable city, and a lot has been done in my top-5 criteria. However, I do think there is room for greater empowerment of people; to give a bit of space for a little bit more chaos and character for this city Question 4: I will set up pockets of space where the community can be trained and empowered to take up and do more community projects on their own.
