In this photo we can notice that there are two different buildings, each in a different architectural style, the main difference is their year of construction. Behind them we can see small houses surrounded by green areas. In the background there are skyscrapers. In my opinion this photo represents in a very good way the urban areas and the urbanisation through out the years in Singapore. There are many invisible informations that we can detect such as the story behind the architectural differences and the areas between the skyscrapers and their functions. Today I want to talk about the story behind the two building in the foreground. The building on the left was built in 2011 while the one on the right in 1980. The difference between the buildings shows perfectly that Singapore is one of the richest cities in the world in architecture because even though there is 30 years of difference in their year of construction they can manage to put two completely different building side by side and make them look good. Knowledge is the result of connecting data and information, so in this photo, we can say the invisible informations becomes knowledge.
