One of the classics of Brazilian architecture is the famous Gustavo Capanema building, designed by the architect Lúcio Costa and team. This building is so important at the political moment of the time of its construction, as well as for Brazilian architecture. Lúcio Costa incorporates reinforced concrete, glass, steel, landscaping and gear into a new architecture, modern architecture that opens the doors to the multiplication of buildings with globalized building materials. The lateral facades of the vertical building are gable blind. The north and south facades are identical, entirely in glass. The north façade differs from the south facade by the incorporation of an orthogonal reticular structure of concrete. It is one meter thick. Each module of the grid holds three blue bristles painted blue, positioned at the top of the module, leaving a clear space below. The brises are fifty centimeters wide and are spaced another fifty centimeters from the glass facade of the building. This photo was taken from the internet.
