Some of my good friends are living in Moscow; 3. Salaries in this region are higher; 4. Active cultural life; 5. Moscow is beautiful city. 3)With my criteria - 56 (safety – 10, political stability – 8, environment – 8, job opportunities – 15, culture – 15) With general criteria – 30 (transportation system is quite bad, ecology too, also climate is awful and etc.) 4)The first thing I would change, if I were mayor is Moscow public transportation system.
