My main idea is to make an application for mobile and computer, in which each citizen can provide information on different events in the city and then process them using Big Data as an appropriate tool. 1. In my city there is no such project, but now with the lack of security in the country the capital, Lima - Peru. A lot of urban intervention is being done with telephone exchanges and others. 2. First we would start by looking for the antecedent of the why? There is insecurity, then gathering information about the place to later intervene with the participation of the community and the police. 3. First know the background, then collect information about the place to know everything about the population, then interact with the population in participatory workshops and finally act on the knowledge acquired by the population.
