On the picture taken at North Acton, London, a block of flats can be seen with a sign saying that some apartments are still available for rent. Nest to the apartment building is a construction. Aside from the flat, where the picture is taken, apartments that are available for rent and the apartments next to it (right side on the picture) it seems to be an industrial area. The style of the buildings, construction and rent sign tell that it’s a new development area, which is starting to change from industrial area to more modern living area. The rent sign, instead of selling sign implicates that the owners are not interested in selling their property in this area as the value of the flats will probably rise with time. In this case, I would recommend investors to buy property in this area and build apartments, shops, restaurants as it is to become a relatively nice area to live in with a lot of residents.
