In my visit to the city of Talara I could appreciate how the dependence of the energy in this case the Petroleum is affecting on a territorial scale, preventing the connection between the city and the sea, in the photograph we appreciate how the pipe of conduction of crude oil interferes between the inter action of the city with the sea.
