Three important stocks and flows are people and water and cement. Water is crutiial to everyone living in the city, it's a fllow but also a stock, one that i very close to the city and services the whole area. It that stock leaves the city in the way that goes into the canals and then into the bulgarian blacksea, it doesn't affect the cioty in a bad way, but if we would say that the water source goes dry, the lake goes dry that will have a hide impact on the capital, they live will become even more expensive and also other area rich of water souirces will potentialy become wealthier and the population may move there. As every european capotal there is stock of people, which are the once that properties in te city from generations and the flows are the constantly coming from the country side people as well as the ones leaving the country. Here there is a potential problem of stocks leaving the city, because n the worst scenarion it will cause the depopulation of the capital and the the whole coiuntry in general, which on the other hand will cause an big econimy crash.
