in Milan people is considerated probably the main factor of civilization. The stocks are the romans, then integrated with a lot of different french-german-north european folks. We are now undergoing a massive process of immigration from north african countries coming with no money and looking for a better life.Stocks are also other immigrants who choose italy as an excelence for art, fashion and food. Now the globalization gave us the possibility to have accessible flows, and ourself are very dinamic. My country can change in future with a new internationalization strategy but in my opinion should stop immigration from african countries.
