Family and friends live nearby. 2. Safe and friendly community 3. Job Opportunities with reasonable commute times. 4. Close to beaches, countryside, city. 5. To what extend does your own place of residence fulfill your ideal livability criteria? I would scale Pukekohe a 90 using my ideal livability criteria. The general livability score for Auckland would 70. 4. What would you change? If I was the Mayor of Pukekohe the first thing I would improve the frequencies of train travel into Auckland City so that this was a more viability mode of transport to reduce reliance on the private vehicles. 5. Why do we move? Three places I would select to move and the five qualities that played an important role in deciding: 1.
