The project is called The Tamarind by E&O Properties which is located at Seri Tanjung Pinang at the North of Penang. In Malaysia we produce steel and cement and I think these 2 items are locally made. However, smaller items such as floor and wall tiles, copper pipe, wiring, lighting are usually made in China. Majority of the construction workers are also foreigners from Indonesia or Bangladesh.
