Here is an image showing London's dependency on its physical road infrastructure. Here, citizens currently choose to utilise private motorised vehicles to move from one city to another, or to navigate around the city. The time, fuel, noise and air pollution created by these behaviours might suggest that this behaviour is unsustainable and that a sustainable alternative means of transport, which meets the requirements of citizens, needs to be found.
