1) Milano (It) 2) Toulouse (fr) 3) Cuenca (Ec) 4) Buenos Aires (Arg) 5) Mérida (Ve) (These are cities I have been to for at least 2 weeks) Main qualities for a city to be liveable: Security, Economics, Culture, Infraestructure, Political satability I actually live in Cuenca, Ecuador. I think this is a very nice city to live although there is not the best place for bussiness or economics. But its dimentions, the cultural atmosphere, the security, the (almost) cold weather, the calm }, and other qualities make it very liveable and a very nice place to live in.
