1) Assuming that all of those are at moderate level, i.e. I have some accsess to housing and jobs, I personally would prefer: a) climate b) culture e) enviroment h) housing m) recreational possibilities 2) 1: well payd job, 2: cheap housing, 3: short distance to other cities in Finland and airports and passanger harbours, 4: some cultural heritage, 5: moderate services 3) a) climate 60 b) culture 30 e) enviroment 80 h) housing 90 m) recreational possibilities 90 4) Generally basics are in Pori ok. Only job opportunities are maybe a little bit limitid and there are not too much diversity in services and cultural offerings, even comparing to cities in same size. I would consentrate on to the developing the city centre. Perhaps more housing there and nearby and nice walking routes combined to citi's great parks and beautiful river sides will get more people circulating in centre helping to create more services and happenings. Also taking care of connections abroad and other cities would help local companies to overcome the moderate size of city and region. 5) Tampere (Finland), Tallinn (Estonia), Berlin walkability; diverse service; nearby nature: woods,
