DESIGN WITH CHILDREN APPLICATION. My proposal would be in line with the idea of children participating in the making of their environment, by making proposals based on mapping of the neighborhood, identifying places that need interventions and ultimately making proposals. They would use telephones to take pictures on the neighborhoods of those places they believe could be improved, and share with the city government the pictures and the proposals. Additionally, children from a specific neighborhood could do mapping on their area, and discuss proposals as school work, which they can share by the same application with the city government. The concept is based on the need to have children participate in the making of their environment, as in the rights of children declaration signed by most countries in the UN.
