This is a photo of a building next to mine. It is a residential one but it is not inhabited yet. I think that by collecting information of the rate of the departments purchase and of the place (floors and sides of the floor) that people prefer first to ihabitate could help to design more comfortable residential buildings and it can also help to create new credit modes to help people to buy their apartment if the rate of purchase is very low.
