The most live-able cities I've visited are 1) Switzerland 2) Paris 3) Dubai 4) Singapore 5) Hong Kong According to me the five main characteristics to making a city live-able would be 1) Safety ( for the citizens in terms of crimes and natural disasters) 2) Travel ways to commute. 3) sustainability 4) development increase. 5) Economic stability. The city I live in is Dubai. Dubai being a city on the maps that is emerging at a fast rate has a lot of positives and increases the live-ability for it's citizens. 1) Safety is key priority for the government and makes sure rules and regulations are followed at all times. 2) There are very effective ways for commuting within the city boundaries example. Bus, Metro. 3) Sustainability ,the city creates new areas of sustainability. ex. Sustainable City. 4) Dubai is developing at a fast rate and is making it easier for it's citizens to live. 5) The economy is low at this point of time. Dubai as a city could look forward into new sustainable developments as it is the future for the coming generations.
