This is a photo of construction site where the work is in progress in the night. It is quite likely that the steel has been imported from China. The heavy lifting Cranes seen in the picture might have been imported from Germany. The Building might have been designed by a foreign architect from United Kingdom. The heavy duty lights might have been imported from China. As seen from the picture, I would say excessive use of cement & steel could have been saved in the building, with a better design.
