The app, would be composed by three interaction layers. The first one, fully automated, permitting the smartphone to stream relevant data anonimously to a central. Data would be, temperature, pressure, location, speed, etc The second one would be participative. Users would be able to answer questionnaires and ha access to municipality rules and events. A credit system may be implemented. For example people that do community work or similar would have a system of credits, thaw would give them for example discounts in supermarkets, or in option tickets for cultural events. The third layer, a social layer. aces to forum and boards with topics relevant (or not) to city governance. I would love to participate on the design of such app.
