The idea is to create an app that will be in constant interaction between the administration and the citizens. I have created an app that could be used for every country and city. It is based in 6 parameters: waste, noise, traffic, green areas, security and services (in this case is to evaluate public services, in my country not everything is done electronically so you go to pay electricity, waste management, public services in different offices and this is a way to rate or suggest services). Every parameter has the option to locate the problem in a map, rate the satisfaction, make a description of the problem, and if there is a solution it can also be described as suggestion. There is also the option to set a complain or suggestion of each topic, and you can also browse suggestions and complains to give your opinion and like or dislike it. (image 1) There are also notifications: where people can receive feedback or private messages if someone liked, disliked what they posted. For the news the municipality can post new project ideas, call for collaboration, workshops and real time feedback. (image2 includes description of each evaluation parameter content)
