Although waste management system in Madrid is fairly good, many streets, especially the less circulated and during nights, become dirty very fast. This problem is caused by irresponsible inhabitants, who do not use trash cans or do not collect dogs excrements. I propose the use of a mobile app, which would give the citiziens the possibility to report the existence of dirt at the streets, providing usefull data such as the type of dirt, location and timestamp. Using this data, not only the waste managament and cleaning services would be optimized, but also the municipal police could anticipate the infractions by monitoring the offenders, as these irresponsible behaviour are usually recurring.
