In Algiers City, we have a serious traffic problem, every traffic jam is due to mostly an unknown cause, we can’t know if it’s because of an accident or something else. “Traffeed” app is an online platform that offers to drivers the ability to see real-time traffic state of roads and highways, based on feedback from drivers. First of all, it allows you as a driver to enter your usual path in a map to a destination (which can be sent to security authorities databases, held to be used when necessary). Then, while driving, you can send instant feedback about the traffic situation, so other users can benefit from it, feedback about how serious is it and the cause if known (if it’s a car accident for example, the app will be useful when reporting it in traffic jam cause, concerned authorities are called to intervene) Finally, using real-time traffic map, the app can suggest to drivers other paths to avoid traffic jams.
