City Explorer An app to help you discover your own city. An app to help tourists get to know the city beyond the conventional. An app to promote interactive citizens. As in every big city in Athens, most the residents only know well a part of it. As for tourists, they are only given the option to get to know the most mainstream part of the city.This app gives to residents the opportunity to better know their city; to explore sides of it that they thought did not exist. As a starter, this app will provide some customized routes according to the needs and wants of the user. These routes will demonstrate the optimal path the user should follow according to his/her location in order to see as much of the city as possible considering his criterion of choice. The interactive part of the app is that each user can create new customized paths that he/she likes for each category or even create his/her own category. These paths are updated on the app for every user to see and be inspired. In order to become an interactive citizen, in order to care more, you first have to get to knowit.
