People should be the start of every policy or development. My app focuses on people in neighborhoods that are going to be being transformed. In neighborhood transformation the common practice is to redistribute and replace people. This limits our chances to understand the relation between people and their environment. The app makes people in the listed neighborhoods the main information source and the assessors of the transformation plans. The goal is to keep the people in their neighborhood, and retrofit the neighborhood to suit the inhabitants. Inhabitants will be notified via the app when their participation is needed, and are able to comment on 4 criteria regarding their neighborhood. The comments are sent to the municipality and will form the prerequisites redevelopment. When inhabitants approve (minimum of 85%), the prerequisites can be sent to the developer to turn the prerequisites in to a plan. After approval(minimum of 90%) the plan can be executed. Approval via the app is mandatory to reach the next step.
