I think in this app because in my city the public transportation has a very awful service,one of the biggest problem is that the bus drivers do whatever that they want to do, the follow other routes or exceed the speed limit, other times they allow more passengers so it becomes really insecure. So I think that if the service is tracked by the goverment and also the citizens could give their opinions or report some incidences the service could improve. In adition Guanajuato is a city with a lot of tourist so, it could be useful for them too if they doesn´t want to walk, or if they need to go far.
