My idea for an app would be something where people could report a problem. The city of Porto Alegre suffers a lot with water shortages and lack of electricity, among other problems. In this app the citzien would be able to pin the location of a problem and adding the information to which company tey want to report, in that way the company could monitor the reports and fix the problem faster.
