CITY OF RIJEKA - APP In small city of Rijeka we have a problem of really poor transparency inside of our city governance, close connection to that is really low input of people in your city about events, ongoing or even new projects and urban places (we lack good and designed urban places in our city). This app offers some of the solutions on mentioned issues. It offers some general information for tourists like places, traffic, restaurants, historic sites but on more important note, it offers citicents exclusive look on new and ongoing projects, budgets, timelines of works, events. Also in every category app offers you to comment and give input on content and even give a suggestion of improvement or application of different projects. Idea was to give tourist some basic knowlege with leting them use app as a guest - in guest mode you can still get full info on projects and city, and give some input, while as a city user you can participate in visual identity of your city. This way people can express their opinion, give input and on some level have direct connection with city government.
