ABUJA CITY APP Citizen Design Science App that promotes inclusiveness and enable Responsive Governance FUNCTION  Enable citizen lay complain and suggest way of improving city management  Help government identify flaws, problems, crime location, causes of traffic jam, sewage and environmental challenges, planning contravention etc  Enlighten citizens on the categories and aspect of city governance thereby getting their contributions on areas of urgent attention  Should be able to inter-relate with Google maps for navigation and a more accurate identification of problem location  Will promote citizen satisfaction through direct response to complain by government officials  Shall provide platform for getting pubic response and questionnaire so as to promote data needed to effect change and improvements that will impact the general public. INTERFACE  Username/sign in/ sign up (can be linked to face book, Google or yahoo account)  Identification (social security Number,/passport number or drivers license number)  Users information drag down (age, sex, occupation area of residence e.t.c)  Survey and questionnaire pop ups windows (for government and authority improvements)  Category of complain/suggestions/ this enables users to select category lodge in their inputs and pin location in the city that is affected
