Public Safety The biggest challenge the city faces with is hurricane season and treats to earthquakes every year. In the past couple years, the city has suffered two different natural disasters without proper warning system available to the citizen. The death toll was really high. I come up with a system that both citizen and city government can use to provide early warning and citizen complaint. The system is very simple. A citizen can subscribe to phone and email. The Early warning system will show on your phone as short text message and map. For example: In case of a natural disaster that section part the app will blink until citizen press the tabs. Once the tabs are press it will show the nearest shelter maps, time frame, the urgency to evacuate etc.… if a citizen is hurt press rescue tabs for the closest hospital or ask for rescue help.
