The recent admistration of the city of São Paulo has clashed with the artistic and graffiti comunities by erasing many famous works of graffiti. It has genaretad many discusions about freedom of speech, the difference between graffiti and "pichação" (a more transgressive form of urban painting) and the value and place of public art. In order to amise the two sides I propose the creation of an app that registers all public walls of the city and mediate on where and what can be painted in determined spaces as well as regulate any unwanted paintings, all with the assistence of the general public, specially from the communities living around such places. Also, with the use of AR tech it could be placed "invisible art" all around the city. Hopefully with such work the whole city could become a huge museum.
