Through this app, citizens have access to the most important information in the city's premises whilst having the ability to contribute with their actions. Through the first 6 options (Tour, Dining, Housing, Activities, Transportation, Events) a citizen is able to find what he or she is looking for, from a place to eat something to the closest bus station to nearby events that may be interesting to him/her. Meanwhile, in Citizen Forum citizens can interact with other citizens and exchange opinions about topics that are open to discussion, such as, for example, the construction of a new shopping mall nearby that could disrupt the area's current activities. Furthermore, in Vote the citizen is able to personally like or dislike a topic that has been set to voting, thus being able to contribute to the local governance with his/her own voice. Finally, with Report a citizen is able to take a picture of an issue currently found in the city (for example, a broken pipe that is flooding the streets) and directly report it for fixing, plus see how other tickets he/she has opened are developing in progress.
