Five most liveable cities (own opinion): 1- New York 2- Dubai 3- Tokyo 4- Sydney 5- Switzerland Five characteristics that make a city liveable: 1- Safety 2- Weather 3- Access to goods and services 4- Healthcare 5- Innovation & Development I think that my city, Dubai, is considered a very liveable city according to the characteristics lister above; It is extremely safe and innovative, as it has proven to be over the years. Also, the healthcare is superb and the market is quite diverse as it offers access to many goods and services. Lastly, the only reason I have placed it #2 on my list is because of it's weather; which goes up to 52 degrees Celsius during summer and is quite warm in the winter also. Since Dubai's climate is naturally very hot, not much can be done other than attempt to stop it from getting hotter by making it more sustainable.
