A mobile application that allows the residents of wetlands to report any risks in times of floods and major rains. The city has huge areas of residences around the small rivers that cut the topography that could be monitored by its own inhabitants informing in real time to the authorities the changes of the level of the water. Civil defense could access data provided by residents, which could be pictures and videos of flooding, to the point of intervening with quick help to the most dangerous places.
