The project aims to make the city more comfortable and inviting for the people with a help of responsive citizens. The key is to make an e-participation easy and transparent for everyone. It can be reached with the mobile app which helps to create and send official claims about problems of the urban environment to the mayor office. The process should be as easy as 1-2-3: 1. Choose one of the categories (problems with green areas, roads, sidewalks, etc.) and subcategories (illegal parking on lawns, potholes on roads, trash dumps, etc.) 2. Make a photo of the problem and specify its placement (the geolocation service allows to obtain the address automatically) 3. Check the generated text of your application and just tap SEND button. Then the e-mail will be sent to the official address of the mayor office of your city. It's as easy as posting pictures to your Instagram, but 100 times more valuable. / The prototype of another similar app was developed by my friends in St.Petersburg 3 years ago but the city administration is now blocking all e-mails from citizens. In such conditions the app is useless. Responsive cities in Russia are so responsive... /
