Currently in Ahmedabad City around half a million people everyday use Public Transport Buses run by Three Different Public Sector Companies: Bus Rapid Transport System (BRTS), Ahmedabad Municipal Transport Service (AMTS), and Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC). GSRTC transport travelers from Ahmedabad to different cities or Vice-versa, BRTS and AMTS operate within the city. My Proposal is for developing an Integrated Ahmedabad City Transport App, that will enable citizens to: (1) Access Time Table of BRTS, AMTS and GSRTC to plan their journey inter-changing Buses from BRTS to AMTS to GSRTC or Vice-versa. (2) Access the actual arrival time (on real-time basis) of any of these three types of Buses (BRTS, AMTS or GSRTC) at any location. (3)Allow citizens to lodge any of kind of complaints on the App. For example, unnecessary delay in arrival of the BRTS, AMTS and GSRTC Buses or poor condition of the Buses.
