In my city, Porto Alegre, Brazil, there are serious problems in the public tranport. I talked with some people, that going to his work in a percurse of 16 km every day. When they going to office, at midday hour, the travel is 25 minutes. At evening, at 6 pm, the time going to 2 hours and 30 minutes, because the streets haven’t size for thousands of cars, and the buses not enough for the number of passengers.
