The city of São Paulo has several problems of maintenance of the sidewalks. The use of unsuitable flooring materials, the planting of trees with superficial roots as well as the climatic conditions (rains and extreme heat) cause holes in the sidewalks. It is also common for the owner of the property in front of the sidewalk to change the unevenness so that both users and cars can access the front door from the sidewalk. I suggest the creation of an APP that allows the sending of information about holes in sidewalks and other obstructions to the works department of the local city hall.
