Taipei is a very populated city. In its 271,8 km squares of area, the people of Taipei are used to very crowded spaces where most of the population live in apartments due to space limitation. Some of the most populated districts even have around 27,555 people per square kilometer. In order to accommodate all, the government decided to build apartment buildings in the early 1900s. These buildings are still used for housing today. However, the condition of the buildings is not really good and in times of typhoons and strong winds, the infrastructure tends to be damaged, being a risk for the citizens. That is why my aim is to create an app where citizens can report if they find any damages so that the government can respond quickly and efficiently. This will also let the government know the areas where there is more concentration of people and for them to take measures in these spaces.
