This App would allow citizens to rate public spaces around their homes in order to improve their social life and activate empty parks and playgrounds. This rating would automatically appear on their smartphones everytime citizens will pass particular open space. Citizens would be able to select: 1. Which kind of activity they were doing there, 2. How long did they stay there and 3. How satisfied they were. This app would have additional tool to give citizens the opportunity to propose some improvements, people would be able to see another proposals and there should be also a list of proposing improvements from the Government.
