Living in a big and crowded city, whose street network was not able to keep up with the ever growing number of cars of the last decades can be a very unplesent but mostly not harmful experience. Unfortunately when there is a serious accident or fire, the intervention vehicles have a few troubles reaching destination as fast as possible. In order to improve the efficiency of rescue services, I designed an app that will be activated when a serious situations happens. The computer of the G.P.S. will find the shortest way to that place and, via emails or text messages will tell all the people (drivers or pedestrians) whose smartphones indicate that they are near the route of the intervention vehicles the clear the way, even encouraging the drivers to drive up the sidewalk if needed and stay there until the cars will pass. If the intervention vehicles have to cross through a junction those who move perpendicular to their route, they will be adivised not to move even if their traffic light is green and wait for the rescue cars to pass. So these special vehicles will be able to pass safely even if the trafiic light is red.
